Refund Policy

1. Refund period

A payment is refunded in full upon a request sent to support@tinyimps.com within 14 days of that payment, from or stating the e-mail address used for the purchase. No reason is required.

2. Method of refund

Refunds are issued by Creem, as merchant of record, to the original payment method. The time taken for the refund to appear depends on the bank or payment provider.

3. Effect of a refund

Upon a refund, the corresponding subscription ends immediately on every computer on which it is used. Content created with the imps is not affected.

4. Cancellation

A subscription may be cancelled at any time under Manage subscription in the Tiny Imps app or in Creem’s customer portal. Cancellation after the refund period does not entitle you to a refund of the current billing period; no further payment is charged, and the imps remain available until the end of the period paid for.

5. Trial

Where a free trial is offered, no payment is taken during the trial.

6. Statutory rights

This policy does not limit any rights that you have under applicable consumer protection law.
