Questions

How do I install the imps?: Install the Tiny Imps app, sign in with your e-mail and add the imps you want.
What do I need?: Windows 10 (1809 or later) or 11, and Premiere Pro 26 (tested on 26.5.2). A Mac version is coming.
How do the trial and the first month fit together?: The 7-day trial comes first and needs no card. When you subscribe, your first paid month is $4.99 per imp ($9.99 for the Imp Pack).
What happens after the first month?: It renews at the regular price, $7.99 a month per imp or $14.99 for the Imp Pack, until you cancel. The first-month price is for your first month only.
How do I cancel?: Any time, in the Creem portal or under Settings › Manage subscription in the Tiny Imps app. The imps keep working until the end of the month you paid for, and nothing more is charged.
What happens when the trial ends?: The imps stop working until you subscribe. Your projects, and everything the imps made in them, stay as they are.
Can I move it to a new computer?: Yes. Sign in there with your purchase e-mail. If two computers are already signed in, you can sign out the one used longest ago.
Does it work without internet?: Yes, for up to 7 days between check-ins.
What stays in my projects if I cancel?: Everything the imps put there: pasted clips and files, caption clips, markers and effects. Only the imps stop working.
Is there a Mac version?: It is coming, with no date yet. Today Tiny Imps runs on Windows 10 and 11, and the download is for Windows only.
Which languages?: The imps are in English. Caption Imp works with English captions for now.
Who handles billing?: Creem, our merchant of record. It charges you, handles tax and sends the invoices; change your card or cancel in the Creem portal.
How do updates work?: The Tiny Imps app updates itself and the imps in the background. Nothing to download by hand.
Can I get my money back?: Yes, within 14 days of any payment. See refunds.
What do you know about me?: Your purchase e-mail, stored only as a keyed hash, and an anonymous fingerprint of your computer. None of your media is sent. Details on the privacy page.
